- Delivery cost is calculated based on your location and chosen delivery service
- The manager will confirm the exact cost before payment
- Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days depending on destination
- Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched
Note: Delivery costs are not included in the item price. The final shipping fee will be added to your invoice by the manager.
Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram
- Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer
- Exchanges are available subject to stock availability
Important: Custom or sale items are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover all return costs.
